Home Warranty Insurance 

We have a premium “Category A” rating for Home Owner Warranty Insurance which is obtained by a number of detailed assessments being undertaken and not limited to areas such as financial risk of a builder, the level of equity, turnover, growth rate, experience and no adverse credit or complaint history. This rating also benefits the client, not only from the reassurance of the builder’s position but the premium rate for Home Owners Warranty Insurance is considerably reduced with a category A grading.

Insurances

We, and all of our contractors, are fully insured and strictly adhere to the Work Cover Guidelines for on site safety.

Our insurances cover Workers Compensation, Construction Risk, Public Liability and Tools of trade.
